Same terms for everyone
Bold policyPublished before the first customer exists, so no customer ever has to wonder. One pricing model whether you are a hobbyist or a fleet. Milestones with dates from day one. And a pilot guarantee that puts the estimation risk on us, where it belongs. These are policy commitments, frozen here like the predictions register — recorded 2026-07-28, to be held against us.
Frozen, dated, numbered
Why publish terms before customers exist
Because after the first big customer asks for an exception is too late. Terms published in advance are the only terms that cost nothing to keep — every one of these is easy today and will be tested the first time it is expensive. That is what makes them commitments rather than marketing: like the register's predictions, they are written down before the pressure arrives, and this page's history is public. The one-pilot guarantee (T-04) carries real risk we have chosen to own — it forces the OS's estimation discipline to improve every single engagement, which is the point.
