Phase 06The loop that makes the whole model compound. Everything a run learned is compiled into the next blueprint version, released under the same change control as everything else — and every certified hub running that blueprint inherits it. A normal factory gains experience; this model is built to convert experience into structured, reusable knowledge.
The run teaches the blueprint
Everything the run produced as data exhaust — cycle times, deviations, tooling wear, intervention counts — is compiled into the next blueprint version. This is not a suggestion box: proposed changes go through the same pipeline as the original industrialization — reviewed, validated in simulation, and released. Process knowledge compounds like software because it is versioned like software.
Each line traces back to the run's own records — the deviation logged in Phase 5, the cycle times and tool IDs streamed in Phase 4. Nothing enters the blueprint on opinion.
The network effect the whole model is built to create: an improvement proven at one hub ships to every certified hub running that blueprint. One floor's lesson becomes the network's baseline. A traditional factory's best process engineer improves one line; here, the same improvement deploys everywhere the blueprint runs — with the same release discipline it took to get in. For a single-hub Tier 3 product like the EX-100 the inheritance is trivial today; the point compounds with tier and network size — this is Layers 04 and 05 closing the loop.
The data loop is the moat
The thesis's strongest investor framing is blunt about where the durable value sits: the scarce resource will not be the humanoid robots themselves — it will be the manufacturing system that can use them productively. Robots are bought; the loop is built. Versioned blueprints, robot task libraries, cost models, and cross-hub benchmarks are what accumulate here, and they are what make the framework worth more than any single factory running it — a claim the register dates as P-18: the durable moat proved to be the framework, not the robots.
This phase is also where the flagship meets the brand. What has to be proven
The loop only compounds at scale — with one hub there is no network effect, and today there are zero. Tacit knowledge resists encoding: the hardest lessons on a factory floor are exactly the ones that fight being written into a blueprint. And inheritance raises a question the thesis has not fully resolved: who owns an improvement — the customer whose product taught it, the hub that discovered it, or the network that propagates it? That needs a real answer before the first dispute, not after.
